Your day at SourceMatch
You’ll research using the internet’s resources (i.e. LinkedIn) to prepare a list of 30-50 contacts to reach out to via phone and email and arrange next steps in the sales process. Throughout the day there will be interaction with client business representatives, the SourceMatch recruiting team and our management. To be in alignment, we take part in frequent meetings with account managers and recruiting managers. You have 3 priorities: identify new clients, lead them to an understanding of the SourceMatch value proposition, and finally obtain commitment for a discovery call.
